STEREOSIDE is a hard rocking band from Ocala,Florida, USA. Formed in the late ’90s by founding members David Oliver(bass), Chris York(drummer) and Ben Foster(guitarist/vocalist) . Formerly known as 60 Cycle Hum, a three piece band then recruited frontman Eddie Sweeney, who has a unique dark vocal style and change their name to Stereoside ,released an album in 2005 ,but Eddie Sweeney left the band and replaced by Jeff Shields (a winner of a local American Idol-inspired competition) in early 2006.In March 2007,Stereoside signed with fast-growing, indie label Bieler Bros.Records (Jason Bieler formerly frontman/guitarist of Saigon Kick owns the company with brother Aaron.) and began work on its debut album with Shields, So Long ,released in September of 2007. With Jeffs unique and powerful vocals, a tight rhythm section, and driving guitars, Stereoside is bound to be a rock powerhouse.The band is currently bringing their arena-rock anthems on the road.
